Michael J Higgins Funeral home is located in New City NY and Stony Point Ny.  If you want to send flowers to Michael higgins funeral home New City Florist does a great job.  I have lived in the area for 40 years.  i have unfortunately been to Higgins too many times.   I have seen people spend a fortune sending flowers through some service that takes thier order (and half thier money) calls a local florist and boy what they get is a shame.  I say it happen again this past week and all I can say is if you are out of the area and need to send flowers do yourself a favour call a local florist direct.  My suggestion is to use New City Florist
